Responsibilities include:

• Client assessments and care plan development
• Reviewing client files
• Managing national accounts
• Assisting with RN/LPN hiring
• Providing medical assessments for clients
• Performing supervisory visits
• Upholding Bright Star standards of behavior

Requirements:

• RN with five (5) years of clinical experience, including infusions and wound care
• Two (2) years’ in-home care experience preferred
• Current state license to practice in North Carolina
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an NLN-accredited program (preferred)
• Professional standards compliance
• Strong analytical and assessment skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
