Are you excited about this Live In Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Immediate Position Available job?As a Live‑In Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Traditions Home Health Services, your day‑to‑day expectations will revolve around providing compassionate and personalized home care to clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Assist with daily living activities—bathing, grooming, and meal preparation—to ensure each client feels comfortable and dignified.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse to maintain safety and health.
- Foster emotional connections with clients through meaningful conversations, enhancing overall well‑being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Prepare nutritious home‑cooked meals that follow the care plan and client requests.
- Manage medications when required.
- Organize and provide transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands using a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Build trust with clients and their families, demonstrating empathy and integrity in every interaction.
- Adhere to time‑management practices and balance personal care with household responsibilities.
- Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing, current and not lapsed.
- Driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a home live‑in setting.
- Pass a background check and provide three references pertaining to the job.
- Physically fit and able to work a full day schedule of 10–13 hours per day.
- Reside in a state where the vehicle can be brought to the client’s location.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, caring nature, reliability, and integrity.
