Role Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to support oncology research programs and clinical trials at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. In this full-time, hybrid role based in Miami, FL, you will split time between on-site responsibilities and remote work. Primary duties include coordinating and managing clinical research protocols, assisting in patient care related to oncology studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality clinical trial support.

Additionally, you will contribute to advancing clinical research efforts aimed at improving cancer treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Oncology Nursing and Nursing practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with Medical knowledge and its application in patient care within a research setting is required.
  • Experience in conducting Research and working with Protocols to ensure compliance and deliver effective research results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with patients, researchers, and healthcare providers.
  • Valid nursing license and relevant certification in oncology or clinical research preferred.
  • Previous clinical research nursing experience in oncology is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is required; advanced degree (e.g., MSN) is a plus.
