Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Spearly

Now offering Daily Pay, the ability to be paid on-demand, without waiting until pay day!

Full time positions available 6 pm- 6 am

Pay:
Starting at $36.00 per hour; higher rates are available for exper
ienced nurses.

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a unique 130 bed skilled nursing facility, specializing in behavioral and mental health. 80% of our Residents are fully independent and can get themselves up and dressed in the morning. We are tasked with creating a home-like environment for individuals who are often forgotten about or easily discarded by society. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
  • Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Provide assistance as necessary with activities of daily living
  • Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks
  • Collect lab samples
  • Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families and medical professionals
  • Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • LPN (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
