Remote Nurse Triage RN PT wkday & Sat & Sun

Intella Triage continues to grow! We are hiring remote Nurse Advice Line RNs to provide compassionate care from home.

• Must be an RN with at least 3 years of experience (minimum 2 years; preference 3 years)
• Must have or be willing to obtain a current Compact RN license
• Must live and work in a compact US state (non‑compact state licensure cost covered when applicable)
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced environment (ED, Critical Care, Surgical Services, Med/Surg, etc.)
• Must have high‑speed, fiber or coaxial cable internet;
  Wi‑Fi is not supported
• Must be tech‑savvy and comfortable typing and navigating multiple remote applications
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to complete a 3‑week remote orientation (first week 9 a‑6 p CST, remaining weeks in evening shifts)
• Must be available to work 2 out of every 3 weekends and 1 weekday per week, with scheduled rotations (Mon‑Fri 5 p‑11 p CST; Sat‑Sun 8 a‑4 p / 2 p‑10 p)
• Must maintain licensure, CEUs, and complete any required in‑services
• Must pass background, licensing, and technology checks

Three 4‑hour shifts per 2‑week pay period (Mon‑Fri, rotating 5 p‑11 p CST). Two of every three weekend rotations (Saturday & Sunday) with rotating times (8 a‑4 p / 2 p‑10 p).

• Provide real‑time triage and direct nursing care to patients and families
• Respond to calls on a fast‑paced, high‑volume schedule (minimum 5+ calls per hour weekdays; higher on weekends)
• Complete charting and documentation before clock‑out
• Attend all required training, in‑services, and additional training as needed
• Maintain licensed status and stay in good standing with medical board requirements
• Follow verbal and written instructions and utilize provided laptop and headset

• Patient care is #1; we do not set call quotas
• All patients and families speak directly with a nurse upon calling the triage line
• No PRN positions; shifts are scheduled and you may pick up additional shifts if available
• We provide a laptop and headset; you must supply high‑speed internet and a HIPAA‑compliant quiet workspace
• Training is paid, remote, and no travel required
• Shift prep requires a minimum of 30 minutes prior to calls; overtime may extend to 2 hours
• Intella Triage covers non‑compact state licensure cost where applicable

• Base pay $25 / hour for on‑call nurses; part‑time nurses accrue PTO and receive an additional three paid sick days per year
• Eligible for 401(k) plan participation
