Part time Registered Nurse

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Registered Nurse located in Palm Desert, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing holistic nursing care, assessing and monitoring the health of senior clients, and collaborating with caregivers and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing individualized patient care plans, offering wellness guidance with an emphasis on mind-body-spirit care, and serving as an advocate for patient needs during interactions with families and care teams.

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessments, monitoring health conditions, and creating care plans
• Knowledge of holistic health practices, wellness promotion, and mind-body-spirit care
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with seniors, families, and caregivers empathetically
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying work environments in a hybrid setting
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Prior experience in geriatric care or working with elderly patients is a plus
• Certification in holistic nursing or related fields is desirable
