• Provide clinical and technical support and training on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on the use of cardiac mapping products and procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
• Experience in a clinical or technical support role within the cardiac field

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a related technical discipline
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or as an EP medical sales representative providing clinical support
