This program is a full-time commitment for the first 5 weeks.

• Get trained as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – FREE! We cover all costs and compensate you for your time in the program average. You’ll initially be hired as a PCA and be developed into a LNA I with long‑lasting career opportunities!
• The training course consists of a combination of classroom, lab and clinical practice in an acute medical/surgical setting. Clinical practice is held on the Medical Center Campus at specific units. Course takes place Monday through Friday.
• A schedule is provided on the first day of class.
• A mandatory 4‑hour skill practice session will be scheduled prior to the state licensing test.
• Gain valuable experience working alongside skilled professionals while you learn.
• Start your career with a sign‑on bonus! (US $1,500 for full‑time LNAs, prorated for part‑time roles. Additional terms and conditions apply).

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients and families under the guidance of a registered nurse.
