Job Opportunity – Home Health Registered Nurse – Oregon

Start Date: February 2, 2026

Location: Medford, Oregon and surrounding areas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; up to 6 patient visits per day with 30 productivity points standard; no weekend requirement; no on-call requirement

Requirements:

• Active Oregon RN license (pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled adult home health experience required
• BCLS certification required
• OASIS experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in admission assessments, start of care, discharge planning, recertification, wound care, and medication management
• Experience with infection control precautions and computerized documentation
• Reliable personal transportation required
• COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus one booster required
• Two supervisory references covering one year of employment in comparable specialty within the last three years
