Remote Advanced Practice Providers – Adult Telemedicine

PHP Telehealth is seeking Advance Practice Providers who are passionate about delivering exceptional virtual care. This part‑time, remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. As an Advanced Practice Provider
, you will be part of a dynamic care model that leverages cutting‑edge digital technology to improve patient outcomes. Through our app, you will provide high‑quality medical care focusing on wellness, prevention, early detection, and timely diagnosis or treatment when clinically appropriate.

• Provide after‑hours virtual care to patients from the comfort of their own residence or facility.
• Utilize advanced technologies to diagnose and care for patients, with a focus on treating patients in place when appropriate to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
• Work closely with physicians, advance practice providers, nursing staff, and Telehealth leadership to optimize patient outcomes.
• Identify and anticipate key health issues for patients across multiple specialties, such as cardiology, pulmonary care, diabetes, and medication management, including medication reconciliation.
• Document visit information directly into the client’s EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements for telemedicine visits, including accurate documentation and coding.
• Conduct remote health evaluations for employees with minor ailments.

• Must have active advanced practice license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide compassionate care.
• Good technology aptitude.
• Flexibility to work after‑hours shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 3+ years of experience.

• Primary care/internal medicine
• ED or Urgent Care experience
• SNF experience
• Licensed in OH, IN, MD, VA, WV, and PA.
