How You Will Make a Difference- Deliver exceptional nursing services to residents, ensuring the highest quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise daily activities carried out by assigned nursing assistants.
- Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure that nursing personnel follow the policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high productivity and quality.
- Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
