We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (minimum 2 years) to join our collaborative, physician-led team in St. Louis, Missouri
. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

- Active NP or PA license in Missouri and/or Illinois
- National board certification and MSN preferred
- 2+ years of clinical experience, ideally in geriatrics, acute/post-acute care, or rehab
- Tech-savvy and EHR-proficient
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
