• Deliver direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents while ensuring the highest standards of quality.
• Supervise daily activities of nursing assistants and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Operate according to Federal, State, and Local Standards, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing staff adhere to established policies and procedures.

• Active RN license in your state of residence.
• Current and active CPR Certification.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
