Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 remote work from home day each week

Required
- Education Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience 5 years of general nursing to include and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Licenses and Certifications (RN) REGISTERED NURSE Licensure as Registered Nurse by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas Upon Hire and (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Upon Hire
Preferred
- Education Bachelor's Degree BSN
- Oversees and/or teaches others specialized knowledge and skills necessary to perform techniques and routines in area of specialty.
- Provides operational management of daily patient care services.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate systems for delivery of care.
- Assists in development of patient care standards of practice and personnel performance.
- Designs, executes, and delivers effective system of internal controls applicable and in compliance to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Facilitates teamwork through planned group processes, (i.e., workshops, seminars, and staff meetings).
- Supervises nursing staff and/or other non-licensed medical or office support personnel.
- May provide direct patient care.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
