Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 remote work from home day each week

Required

• Education Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience 5 years of general nursing to include and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Licenses and Certifications (RN) REGISTERED NURSE Licensure as Registered Nurse by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas Upon Hire and (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Upon Hire

Preferred

• Education Bachelor's Degree BSN

• Oversees and/or teaches others specialized knowledge and skills necessary to perform techniques and routines in area of specialty.
• Provides operational management of daily patient care services.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate systems for delivery of care.
• Assists in development of patient care standards of practice and personnel performance.
• Designs, executes, and delivers effective system of internal controls applicable and in compliance to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Facilitates teamwork through planned group processes, (i.e., workshops, seminars, and staff meetings).
• Supervises nursing staff and/or other non-licensed medical or office support personnel.
• May provide direct patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
