Position Overview
We are seeking a kind, empathetic, and tech‑savvy Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to provide virtual care to patients across Texas and additional states where licensed. This role is ideal for clinicians who value strong patient relationships, clear communication, and flexibility of a fully remote schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high‑quality, patient‑centered virtual primary care via video and text‑based telehealth
- Independently diagnose, treat, and manage common primary care conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and coordinate follow‑up care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including MDs, NPs, RNs, and LPNs
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Partner with internal teams to improve clinical workflows and telehealth technology
- Support clinical marketing and patient engagement initiatives as needed
Patient Population
- Primarily adults ages 18‑65
- Occasional patients over 65
- Some pediatric patients as needed
Qualifications
- Active Texas APRN License - REQUIRED
- Additional APRN licenses in FL, NY, IN, VA, KY, and/or GA are a PLUS
- Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish - STRICT REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience required
- Telehealth or occupational health experience is a plus (not required)
- Fully remote role (no relocation required)
