Harmony Cares is expanding and seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide home-based primary care to patients in Ocean County, NJ

This is primary care the way it was meant to be practiced.
What You’ll Love About This Role- Just 6–10 patients per day (on average) with up to 60 minutes per visit
- Care for a consistent, elderly patient panel in their homes
- Monday–Friday schedule that protects your personal time
- Independence in the field with full clinical and operational support
