Workers Compensation RN Field Case Manager Registered Nurse SPANISH
Job Summary
We are seeking self‑motivated, energetic, detail‑oriented, highly organized, tech‑savvy Registered Nurses to join our Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management team. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary, performance‑based bonus paid monthly or quarterly, and full benefits.
Responsibilities
The field case manager travels to various clinical and non‑clinical settings to meet with patients and health care providers to determine work status, current treatment plan, and projected MMI. You will also be available to injured workers to advise on medical issues and advocate as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of case management experience
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- Ability to travel within a designated geographic area
- Bilingual preferred
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing rehabilitation services and workers’ compensation
- Proficient in MS Office and proprietary applications
- Independent work capability, may work from home
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas
Minimum Education
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

- CCM
- CRRN
- CDMS
- COHN
Technology Experience
- Computer operations proficiency
