OverviewStaff Nurse (Hospice – Home Care) at Metta Hospice Care is a full-time role delivering holistic nursing care, symptom management and emotional support to patients and families in home settings.

Full-time - Location:
Community / Home-based (East/North East)
- Conduct home visits and perform palliative nursing assessments
- Develop and review individualised care plans
- Administer medications and manage symptoms
- Support and educate caregivers
- Coordinate referrals to inpatient hospices and community services
- Provide emotional and bereavement support
- Maintain proper clinical documentation
- Support outreach and fundraising activities when required
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (community or hospice preferred)
- Comfortable with independent home visits
- Compassionate, professional and emotionally resilient
- Palliative care certification is an advantage
