Job DescriptionThis is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position that requires local travel in Plant City, FL. You will work closely with treating physicians, employers, customers, legal representatives, and injured workers to develop and implement treatment plans that enable a safe and timely return to work.

- Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and competency in the application of case‑management standards of practice.
- Use advanced knowledge of injury types, medications, comorbidities, treatment options, and job duties to advise on a treatment plan.
- Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine whether injuries are occupational or non‑occupational.
- Collaborate with treating physicians and available resources to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties where practical for early return to work.
- Evaluate and adjust case goals based on patient improvement and treatment effectiveness.
- Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and determine best case‑management strategies.
- Complete additional duties such as attending appointments, preparing status updates for customers, and other assigned tasks.
- Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field. - Experience:
2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred. - Skills:
Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians, employers, and customers; independent work capability; basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); strong written communication. - Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required and in good standing.
- URAC‑recognized case‑management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN‑S, RN‑BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
- Travel:
Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in‑person appointments in the assigned geography. - Internet:
Reliable high‑speed internet required.

Compensation ranges from $63,000 to $85,000 annually with potential productivity‑based bonuses.
