Sr. Licensure & Certification Specialist

• Manage the renewal of state and federal licenses for ambulatory surgery centers, including DEA registrations and various clinical permits
• Oversee Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes for surgery centers
• Communicate regularly with state licensing agencies and federal regulatory bodies
• Ensure timely processing of license renewals and reportable changes
• Conduct research and assist in developing departmental policies and procedures

• Minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with at least five (5) years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare is required; legal experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to read and understand legal documents and state regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification
• Experience in drafting and completing Medicare 855B and Medicaid applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
• Research skills to support departmental needs
