Sentara Care Plex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Oncology Unit.

This position’s primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients.

• Virginia or Compact Multi‑State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

• RN‑Associate’s Degree, or
• RN‑Bachelor’s Degree, or
• RN‑Diploma, or
• RN‑Master’s Degree

We are a 16‑bed unit that specializes in providing exceptional care for Solid Tumor Oncology, Hematology Oncology, and Surgical Oncology patients.

• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy drug administration (Certification required after 6‑months of hire.)
