REMOTE RN - Case Manager - Utilization Review at Alpha Rae Personnel, Inc. Fort Wayne

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our Utilization Review team. This is a 100% remote role requiring strong skills in inpatient case management and utilization management.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct utilization reviews using MCG and Inter Qual.
• Complete patient assessments and support discharge planning.
• Drive progression of care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document accurately in Epic.

Requirements:

• RN license (Indiana or Compact state).
• Minimum 2+ years of inpatient case management experience.
• Proficient with MCG and Inter Qual.
• Strong independent work and communication skills.
• Preferred:
  Certification in Case Management.
