Our mission is to increase access to high‑quality, affordable, and convenient treatment for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) by providing telemedicine care led by highly qualified clinicians. The role is remote, full‑time (40 hours a week), and you will provide care to a panel of adult patients with OUD and co‑occurring mental health conditions.
What You Can Expect- Predictable 8‑hour shifts, with the flexibility to choose your weekdays.
- One weekend day required; call coverage occurs on a limited basis (once every 2–3 months).
- Stable, full‑time W‑2 employment with comprehensive benefits.
- Work from anywhere in your state (subject to regulatory changes).
- Remote work stipend of $50 per month.
$130,000‑$140,000 plus bonus eligibility. Salary will be determined by experience, credentials and market data.
Location & Shift TimingPacific Coast Time Zone. 9:00 – 11:00 PST start times with consistent weekly schedule.

- Paid parental leave.
- Provide assessment and ongoing treatment for up to 275 adults with OUD, from initiation through follow‑up.
- Diagnose OUD and co‑occurring mental health conditions.
- Initiate and manage buprenorphine‑naloxone induction and stabilization.
- Utilize motivational interviewing and other engagement techniques to maximize outcomes.
- Coordinate additional services as needed.
- Participate actively in clinical team meetings and quality improvement activities.
- Adhere to practice policies and contribute to ongoing procedure development.
- Use the web‑based EMR platform to manage patient care.
- Work from anywhere in your state (subject to regulatory changes).
- Valid medical license and DEA registration in your home state, with willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states.
- At least 1 year of buprenorphine prescribing experience in family, internal, addiction, or psychiatry settings.
- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative provider‑patient relationships.
- Comfort with risk/benefit balancing and problem‑solving.
- Motivational interviewing experience preferred.
- Ability to share on‑call responsibilities (percentage of 8-company holidays).
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
