• Conducts therapy, medication assessments, and crisis response to new and existing clients.
• Develops individual service plans based upon assessment data, and provides therapeutic interventions as necessary, including ongoing medication management services.
• Provides consultation and health education to agency staff, caregivers, and clients as relevant to treatment and medication needs of agency consumers.
• Provides special assessments of consumers awaiting discharge from state facilities; participates in discharge planning with agency and facility staff; assists in diverting persons from state facility placements through agency residential programs.
• Maintains documentation of services, including service plans, progress notes, medication informed consent, quarterly treatment plan reviews, and other required information in compliance with agency and third-party standards.
• Completes other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor consistent with the responsibilities of the position.

  Baltimore County (Parkville, Dundalk).
• The office is open Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. Options exist for contractual and both full-time and part-time. Two office locations to choose from, both within 30 minutes of Baltimore. Salary will be based on experience and the number of hours worked. Benefits will be offered to full-time candidates.

• Must have a current CRNP or ARNP in Maryland, with a specialization in Psychiatry, at least 2 years’ experience.
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Nursing for Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience working with patients with mental health disorders and/or addictions preferred.
• Active DEA Number/Buprenorphine waiver number.
• Maintains current CPR certification.
• Experience providing outpatient services to an adult and/or child population with mental illness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency;
  Microsoft Office a plus.
