Part Time Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Join Thriveworks as a Part‑time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) delivering telehealth care to clients in New Hampshire. This fee‑for‑service (W2) role requires 15‑20 clinical hours per week and is fully remote.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $71 000 – $102 000, based on clinical hours and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
  • Prescribe medication to reduce mental‑health symptoms as clinically indicated.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement care plans.
  • Complete applicable documentation and assessment tools.
  • Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
  • Participate in regular consultations with Regional Clinic Directors and staff.
  • Manage a diverse client population, primarily adults and adolescents (14 yrs +).
Qualifications
  • Licensed PMHNP with board certification.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in New Hampshire.
  • Minimum 1 year of psychiatric practice; 3 years of experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Advanced

    MD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
  • Must be licensed and reside in the state where practice occurs.
  • Availability for 15‑20 hours per week, including sessions from 7 am – 10 pm, 7 days/week.
  • Complete in‑house training in Thriveworks' ADHD treatment standards, followed by a brief exam.
