The Thunderbird Park Ballot Chase Representative (85260) will actively engage in voter outreach efforts, assist with voter registration, distribute educational materials, and mobilize community members to participate in the electoral process. The representative will also support the recruitment of grassroots leaders to serve as Precinct Chairs. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ, allowing a combination of on-site presence and some remote work flexibility.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills to connect with community members effectively
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactivity, adaptability, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Familiarity with voter registration processes, grassroots campaigning, or community organizing
• Passion for civic engagement and commitment to the mission of Turning Point Action
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as email and data entry tools, is highly beneficial
• Flexibility to work a combination of in-office and remote duties from Scottsdale, AZ
