Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nonprofit Regional Coach for a mission‑driven nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families and supporting caregivers to help children thrive in stable, permanent homes. This is a locally remote role based in Northeast Ohio (Cuyahoga, Medina, and Summit counties) with occasional travel within the region.
POSITION OVERVIEWThe Regional Program Coach plays a key role in supporting program delivery and strengthening services for families and caregivers across the region. This position partners closely with program leadership and frontline staff to provide coaching, case consultation, and guidance aligned with best practices in family support and child welfare. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about empowering teams and improving outcomes for children and families.

- Provide coaching, consultation, and support to program staff to strengthen service delivery and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and partner organizations to ensure program goals and service standards are achieved.
- Review and support individualized family plans to ensure progress toward program benchmarks and positive outcomes.
- Facilitate case consultations, program discussions, and team learning opportunities to strengthen staff capacity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement processes and case reviews.
- Engage with community partners, caregivers, and stakeholders to support family‑centered services and program success.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
- Experience supporting families, caregivers, or community‑based programs in areas such as child welfare, human services, public health, or related fields.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff through coaching, facilitation, or mentorship.
- Commitment to supporting diverse communities with empathy, cultural awareness, and professionalism.
This position offers a salary of $58,000 annually along with a supportive and mission‑driven work environment focused on meaningful impact.
