• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business partners aligned with the Teamship program
• Deliver high-quality matches between business partners and Teamship programs for student experiences
• Onboard, schedule, and support partners to ensure smooth program delivery
• Surface insights from partner engagement to improve outreach and overall strategy
• Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and impact within the program

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnership management
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including communication and proactive coordination
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for expanding educational and career opportunities and mission-driven work

• Experience in education or nonprofit sectors
• Familiarity with work-based learning or internship programs
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments
