OverviewWe are seeking a Digital Associate to work on some of our biggest political digital programs. In this role, you’ll support clients such as Sherrod Brown, Haley Stevens, Deb Haaland, and party committees while playing an important role in helping Democrats win governor ships and retake our majorities in the U.S. House and Senate. You will join a collaborative team in developing and executing on digital marketing, fundraising, and communications strategies.

This is a temporary, salaried and benefits‑eligible position for a limited period ending no later than November 6, 2026. Potential for extension of contract or offer of continued employment following the end date of said contract is not guaranteed, however may be discussed as the end date approaches. Extension of contract or offer of continued employment is contingent upon business need.
Responsibilities- Achieving clients’ fundraising and engagement goals;
- Using internal tools to create and deploy engagement and fundraising email campaigns;
- Managing communication processes and deadlines with clients and internal teams while providing top‑quality customer service to clients;
- Coding and sending mission‑critical emails that raise money and promote social change;
- Researching and developing online fundraising and communications strategies, including talking points, guidance for writers and graphic designers, and management of communications calendars;
- Working with client teams, including technology and creative, to assist in managing resources and project timelines;
- Building digital user journeys that raise awareness and bring about change for pressing social, environmental, and political issues; and
- Paying close attention to detail and ensuring strong quality and great user experiences for our clients’ audiences.
