Volunteer Partnership Manager

Feed Us Up CIC is a global organisation that partners with companies and organisations to deliver essential food, equipment, tools, and services that transform lives. Our mission is centered on sharing resources, skills, and services to create meaningful and sustainable change, rather than just providing financial aid. In the UK, we tackle food insecurity by providing groceries to lonely and elderly individuals in need, while internationally, we support schools and hospitals in locations like Haiti with vital supplies.

This is a volunteer and remote position for a Volunteer Partnership Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing relationships with partners to help grow the organisation's impact. Key tasks include identifying and collaborating with potential corporate and community partners, fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships, and handling volunteer engagement. The Volunteer Partnership Manager will work to strengthen networks, evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, and strategise to enhance the organisation’s outreach and community support initiatives.

• Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to develop and sustain effective collaborations
• Experience in Account Management and fostering key relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership success and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely
• Experience in community-based or non-profit organisations is advantageous
