Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator supports CASA volunteers so children in foster care receive strong advocacy and timely permanency planning. This role involves supervising volunteers and coordinating cases within the 20th Circuit.

Key duties include attending meetings and court, reviewing court reports, helping develop case plans, supporting children’s needs, and connecting volunteers with community resources. The coordinator stays in regular contact with volunteers to guide and support them. A full-time coordinator supervises up to 30 volunteers/cases.

CASA works closely with judges, case managers, attorneys, families, foster parents, and service providers as part of a Family Support Team.

This position is mainly Monday–Friday daytime hours with some flexibility and limited remote work. Our program serves children from Franklin, Gasconade and Osage counties. The current position is for cases from Franklin County, therefore working in the Union, Missouri Office.
