This is a part‑time hybrid role based in Selden, Long Island, with on‑site and remote work. As a Program Facilitator, you will coordinate and execute community events, camps, and leadership programs designed to empower youth and foster leadership development. Key responsibilities include organizing and managing program logistics, mentoring participants, facilitating workshops, and working closely with the team to ensure the success of events and initiatives.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building relationships with community partners and stakeholders to widen the reach and impact of the foundation's programs.
- Program coordination, event planning, and organizational skills
- Strong mentoring, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience in leadership development, coaching, or youth engagement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Passion for empowering individuals and fostering community growth
- Experience in sports coaching or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to manage on‑site and remote responsibilities
