Platform Coordinator

CCO’s mission is to raise up Christ-centered, Spirit-filled leaders to evangelize the world one person at a time. The Formation team seeks to further fulfill CCO’s 10 Year Vision, by leveraging innovative tools and programs to support faith formation and discipleship across campuses and parishes.

Catholic Christian Outreach is engaged in a 10-year vision to activate multiplying leaders towards the fulfillment of Jesus’ Great Commission. As the Platform Coordinator, you will assist in ensuring that Engage Spaces, CCO’s digital engagement platform, runs smoothly and effectively connects participants with formation resources. By managing platform operations, improving usability, and supporting leaders and learners, this role directly enables CCO to reach more people with its mission and build vibrant, faith-filled communities.

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage Engage Spaces to ensure smooth operation and accessibility for all users.
  • Create and update registration forms for programs, faith studies, and events.
  • Support leaders and participants with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate platform-related communications with staff, leaders, and participants.
  • Monitor platform usage, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate Engage Spaces with wider CCO initiatives.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting to support program evaluation and decision-making.
  • Help implement new features and digital tools to enhance the formation experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Experience or comfort with digital platforms, databases, or learning management systems preferred.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical or operational issues independently.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally with staff and Platform users.
  • Can learn new tools and technologies quickly and adapt to changing processes.
  • Have a positive, service-oriented attitude and are committed to helping others succeed.
  • An undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, education, IT, or a related field is an asset, but not required.

  • Wage: $21,936.81
  • Location:

    CCO Headquarters, Ottawa, Ontario. Remote work possible.
  • Working hours (flexible):
    Part-time - 15 hours a week;
    Some opportunities for flexible hours depend on the supervisor and the position's needs;
    Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate program requirements.
