Role DescriptionThis is a contract position full-time (30 hours/weekly). This is a hybrid 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home. We are based in Toronto, ON. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day program activities, managing schedules, supporting program development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves program management, facilitating communication with stakeholders, providing excellent customer service to participants, and supporting project‑related tasks to achieve program success.
The Coordinator will collaborate with team members, volunteers, and external partners to deliver impactful outcomes for the program.
- Strong skills in Program Management and Program Development, with the ability to oversee and enhance initiatives
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with participants, stakeholders, and team members
- Proficiency in Project Management to organize, plan, and execute tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, combining in‑person and remote responsibilities
- Relevant experience in community‑based programs, grant writing, non‑profit organizations, or similar fields is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Non‑profit Management, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities are essential
