Outreach Volunteer; Remote

Role Overview

As an Outreach Volunteer local in the Southern California Region, you’ll help expand One Vine’s reach by connecting with the community, potential partners and supporters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, community engagement, and representing a cause that focuses on empowering women.

• Research and identify organizations, churches, and community groups aligned with One Vine’s mission
• Potentially reach out via email, phone, or social media to introduce One Vine’s programs and partnership opportunities
• Help maintain a contact list and track outreach activity
• Assist in coordinating informational meetings or virtual presentations
• Collaborate with the team to share stories of impact and engagement opportunities

• Passionate about serving women and strengthening communities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with remote collaboration
• Prior nonprofit or outreach experience is helpful but not required

• Flexible schedule (approx. 2–4 hours per week)
• Attends monthly zoom a ll-volunteer meetings:
  All volunteers are invited to join our zoom meetings, held on the first Monday of each month from 12:00–12:45 PM PST, to receive updates, check in, and stay connected with the team.
• Able to meet deadlines:
  While I will ensure deadlines are always met, having support along the way will be extremely helpful whenever possible

To stay connected as a remote team, Outreach Volunteers attend the following:

• Monday, March 2nd
• Monday, April 6th
• Monday, May 4th
• Monday, July 6th
• Monday, Aug 3rd
• Tuesday, Sep 1st (Labor Day Monday, Sep 7th)
• Monday, Oct 5th
• One-on-one phone check-ins can be scheduled during the week as needed.
• In-person one-on-one once a month for connection, collaboration, and updates.
