What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, delivering engaging learning experiences
  • Manage training courses and classes using Foundation Forward to align with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify performance gaps and implement training interventions
  • Support onboarding and development sessions for new hires, ensuring policy alignment
  • Track training completion and manage onboarding activities for new employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center or customer service training
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software applications
  • Excellent oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with diverse staff and customers
  • Knowledge of the call center environment and ability to navigate various technology platforms

  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs in a call center setting

  • Familiarity with public service loan forgiveness programs
