• Salary up to $57,000 per year

• Produce a high volume of SMS/MMS/RCS communications for various clients
• Assist in the development and implementation of online fundraising and communications strategies
• Deliver top-tier customer service to product sales clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients related to product buys or strategic services
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and technical experts to generate engaging content

• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience contributing to project plans to achieve fundraising and communications goals
• Background in digital communications, organizing, fundraising, and/or marketing

• Up to 2 years of experience contributing to text messaging programs at scale, preferably for political campaigns or nonprofits
• Experience with texting platforms such as Scale to Win, Switchboard, Tatango, or Mobile Commons
