• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the non‑profit sector
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively

• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or similar donor database systems
• Proven track record in fundraising or donor management in a health care setting
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
