Donor Development Officer Rice Bowls

Overview

Full-time flex, remote (40 hours/week) Join the Rice Bowls team and play a vital role in providing nutritious meals to orphaned children around the world. This position focuses on fueling future growth so we can reach even more kids in need.

Your strengths will directly support our mission as you help build a strong base of monthly donors, secure one-time gifts, develop corporate give-back partnerships, grow participation on our advocacy trips, and bring creative fundraising events to life.

You will work closely with and report directly to our Executive Director. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling and includes at least one international trip each year. Clear 3-month, 6-month, and annual goals will guide your work and keep us moving forward together with one purpose at the center of it all: feeding more children.

• Help build a base of monthly donors, secure one-time gifts, and develop corporate give-back partnerships.
• Grow participation on advocacy trips and bring creative fundraising events to life.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and other team members to meet fundraising goals.

• Broad fundraising experience with a proven history of generating significant donor support.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple donor channels.
