Cistern Church in Houston, TX, is seeking a Next Gen Director to lead volunteer teams in creating engaging programs from cradle to youth, fostering spiritual growth through worship, Bible study, and Christian fellowship. This impactful role involves developing ministry plans, managing volunteers, coordinating events, and collaborating with the Lead Pastor to cultivate a vibrant and transformative youth and children's ministry that supports parental involvement and discipleship.
