The Chapter Senior Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual in this role is responsible for leading and managing the Georgia and South Carolina chapters, focusing on team leadership, volunteer engagement, and community outreach. Duties include overseeing chapter operations, creating and executing strategic plans, managing budgets and fundraising events, analyzing data to drive decision-making, and developing strong relationships with staff, volunteers, donors, and key stakeholders to advance the mission of Breakthrough T1D.
Qualifications- Strong skills and experience in Team Management and Volunteer Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Strategic Planning
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data and inform strategies
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and event coordination is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
