Overviewof the role
Ensure high-quality service delivery, monitor programmatic implementation of services and staff adherence to standards of service delivery. Provide program coverage as needed. Supervise and evaluate staff as assigned – Conduct one‑on‑one meetings with staff to provide support and coaching around quality of work, progress on goals, job satisfaction, training needs and address concerns/issues. Participate in case management of clients and oversee the updating of client‑related information.
Promote suicide education and prevention efforts through participation in committees and community meetings, as available. Assist Program Manager with updating manuals, policies/ procedures and coordination of grant‑related activities.
Monday – Friday, 8am‑4pm. Provide on‑call support to Crisis Center Staff as assigned.
Benefits- The annual base salary range for this position is $47,500 per year, plus our generous benefit package of $12,000 per year. Salary offered will be based on candidate experience and qualifications. Flexible benefit dollars can be used toward medical insurance and other benefits. - Bachelor’s degree in a human service‑related field required or bachelor’s degree in related field with 30 hours of human service coursework or bachelor’s degree in any field plus one year of relevant experience.
- Comfort using basic computer software.
- Basic typing and data entry skills.
- High comfort with computers with ability to type quickly and multi‑task.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
