About MYTT

MYTT is a nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the digital divide by providing STEM and STEAM programs to youth in underserved communities. We offer after-school programs, robotics clubs, STEM camps, mentoring, and workforce development opportunities that prepare youth for school, careers, and life.

Position Summary

The Program Director leads the development, management, and evaluation of MYTT’s youth programs. This role oversees staff, partners with schools and community organizations, ensures program quality, manages budgets, and supports events and program expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of STEM/STEAM programs.
  • Develop and update curriculum, schedules, and program logistics.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise instructors, staff, interns, and volunteers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, partners, and families.
  • Track attendance, outcomes, and grant-related data; prepare reports.
  • Support program budgeting, resource planning, and equipment procurement.
  • Coordinate STEM Days, robotics competitions, camps, and special events.
  • Represent MYTT at community events and support outreach efforts.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, STEM, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in youth programs or nonprofit program management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with diverse youth and communities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work some evenings/weekends; reliable transportation; background check required.

Preferred:

  • Experience with STEM/STEAM, robotics, or technology education.
  • Grant management experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
