  • Ensure partners receive timely, accurate, and high-quality communications and reporting.

Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management

  • Steward individual donors within an assigned portfolio when applicable, ensuring a consistent and high-quality donor experience.
  • Support senior team members in cultivating relationships with individual donors through briefings, materials, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate donor records, notes, and pipeline information within internal systems.

Fundraising and Collaboration

  • Contribute to annual Partnerships team revenue goals through portfolio management and renewal success.
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Director of Philanthropy and Directors of Partnerships to align outreach, messaging, and engagement strategies.
  • Support donor engagement activities including meetings, events, briefings, and site visits.

Performance Measurement

  • Achieve portfolio-level growth and retention targets aligned with team goals.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to partner engagement, renewals, and stewardship quality.
  • Apply feedback and learning to continuously improve partnership management practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred, PhD is a bonus).
  • Demonstrated experience managing professional foundation partnerships in a fundraising or partnerships role.
  • Strong grant writing, reporting, and donor stewardship skills.
  • Experience engaging individual donors in a stewardship or relationship management capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and relationships effectively.
