• Set up and clean up classrooms and meal stations for Monday evening programming
• Organize and take inventory of meal and classroom materials
• Scan, save, and organize electronic files
• Label and organize photos
• Provide various programmatic support as needed

• Evening availability on Mondays from 3 PM to 8 PM
• Strong organizational skills
• Self‑directed and a team player
• Interest in promoting the mission of the employer
• Access to a vehicle (not required but preferred)

• Previous experience in educational or community service settings
• Familiarity with inventory management and organizational systems
• Basic skills in website updates and digital file management
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
