Associate Consultant – Nonprofit Salesforce Implementation
Passion Fruit Partners is hiring an Associate Consultant to join our team to deliver Salesforce implementation projects for nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates will have a combination of strong technical and project management skills, with a passion for creating solutions for our nonprofit clients.
Location: Virtual – Home-based office in Canada.

What We OfferThis position comes with a base salary range of $61,000 – $83,000. Passion Fruit Partners offers a generous total rewards package to ensure our team is happy, healthy and engaged.

- Onboard, train, and ramp up Salesforce knowledge/consulting skills
- Collaborate with team members
- Design and build solutions on the Salesforce platform, including third‑party application integration, data migration, and automation
- Transform business requirements into technical designs, document process flows, and facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Contribute on projects under guidance and support from senior team members
- Test build components against business requirements
- Manage client expectations, set deadlines, and monitor project hours
- Identify and address out‑of‑scope items to client and internal team
- Create and lead training sessions
- Manage project timeline, flag risks to the team when necessary
- Complete Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within first 90 days of employment
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and client‑management skills
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Self‑directed, highly motivated, independent thinker who takes responsibility
- Adaptable to learning new technologies and tools quickly
- Excellent organization and task prioritization abilities
- Admin Certification required; Nonprofit Consultant or other consultant‑level certifications preferred
- 1+ years of Salesforce consulting experience required
- Past experience working with nonprofit organizations
- Strong time‑management and communication skills
