Associate Consultant – Nonprofit Salesforce Implementation

Passion Fruit Partners is hiring an Associate Consultant to join our team to deliver Salesforce implementation projects for nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates will have a combination of strong technical and project management skills, with a passion for creating solutions for our nonprofit clients.

Location: Virtual – Home-based office in Canada.

This position comes with a base salary range of $61,000 – $83,000. Passion Fruit Partners offers a generous total rewards package to ensure our team is happy, healthy and engaged.

• Onboard, train, and ramp up Salesforce knowledge/consulting skills
• Collaborate with team members
• Design and build solutions on the Salesforce platform, including third‑party application integration, data migration, and automation
• Transform business requirements into technical designs, document process flows, and facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Contribute on projects under guidance and support from senior team members
• Test build components against business requirements
• Manage client expectations, set deadlines, and monitor project hours
• Identify and address out‑of‑scope items to client and internal team
• Create and lead training sessions
• Manage project timeline, flag risks to the team when necessary
• Complete Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within first 90 days of employment

• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and client‑management skills
• Excellent communication and business writing skills
• Self‑directed, highly motivated, independent thinker who takes responsibility
• Adaptable to learning new technologies and tools quickly
• Excellent organization and task prioritization abilities

• Admin Certification required;  Nonprofit Consultant or other consultant‑level certifications preferred
• 1+ years of Salesforce consulting experience required
• Past experience working with nonprofit organizations
• Strong time‑management and communication skills
