Join Arrowhead Builders Association as our Association Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the construction industry in Duluth, MN. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead initiatives, engage with members, and enhance community relationships while driving the association's mission forward.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the association, ensuring efficient workflow and member satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance member engagement and retention.
• Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions for members.
• Serve as the primary liaison between members and board of directors.
• Oversee communication strategies, including newsletters, social media, and website updates.
• Monitor industry trends and advocate for members’ interests at local and state levels.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and funding proposals.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new members, ensuring a welcoming experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in association management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a member-focused approach.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Quick Books, and association management software.
• Positive attitude and a passion for community engagement and development.
