What We Will Do Together

The Campaign Lead, Light the Night (LTN) is a relationship‑focused fundraiser responsible for driving revenue growth by retaining, upgrading, and motivating a portfolio of fundraising teams, corporate partners, and sponsors to maximize revenue for the campaign. As the primary point of contact for fundraisers, they ensure teams and partners are supported, inspired, and equipped to exceed their goals.

Working closely with the Campaign Director, the Lead contributes to identifying and engaging new prospects while focusing on the success of their assigned portfolio. Through high‑touch stewardship and engagement strategies, they deliver strong year‑over‑year revenue growth.

Key Areas of Focus
  • Own and manage an assigned portfolio of fundraising teams, sponsors, and participants, ensuring their retention and revenue growth.
  • Develop tailored engagement plans to motivate and upgrade teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Director on new prospecting but remain fully accountable for portfolio performance.
  • Deliver high‑touch stewardship to strengthen relationships and maximize impact.
  • Ensure an exceptional participant and partner experience, leading to sustained and increased investment in Light the Night.
