Through outreach programs, collaborations, and community initiatives, the Foundation promotes dignity, confidence, and empowerment.
Position OverviewThe Asanty Beauty Foundation is seeking a proactive and organized Volunteer Outreach Team Lead to manage and guide the Foundation’s outreach efforts. This individual will oversee a team of outreach volunteers and support relationship‑building with community partners, organizations, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, organized in execution, and motivated by community impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the Outreach volunteer team.
- Guide volunteers in outreach initiatives, communications, and follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify outreach goals, opportunities, and priorities.
- Support relationship‑building with community partners, nonprofits, and potential collaborators.
- Assist in planning and tracking outreach activities and outcomes.
- Provide structure, guidance, and feedback to outreach volunteers.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new outreach team members.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling organizational information.
- English required;
French is an asset. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or interest in outreach, partnerships, communications, or community engagement.
- Ability to lead and coordinate volunteers in a remote setting.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing follow‑ups.
- Aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.
- Receive a letter of recommendation and certificate of completion upon successful completion of the term.
- Gain leadership experience in outreach and community engagement.
- Develop professional communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Expand your network across nonprofit and community spaces.
- Play a direct role in expanding the Foundation’s reach and impact.
