About the Role
The Fundraising Partnership is looking for a dedicated Charity Fundraiser to represent and generate donations on behalf of some of the UK’s most loved charities. In this role you will have genuine, passionate conversations with the general public to support the charity and encourage supporters to become regular donors through monthly Direct Debit donations.
Responsibilities- Speak to local people at their homes, knocking door‑to‑door, to express the needs of the charity.
- Ask supporters to become a regular donor by signing up to a monthly Direct Debit donation.
- Meet daily fundraising targets while working within a 30‑minute radius of your home.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow‑up actions.
- Participate in training and ongoing support sessions to improve fundraising skills.
- Prior sales experience is preferred (e.g., Avon, energy sales, catalogue sales, door‑to‑door, or field sales).
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Permanent access to a vehicle, a valid driver’s licence, appropriate insurance and an up‑to‑date MOT.
- Integrity, self‑motivation and a genuine desire to give back to the local community.
- Ability to work independently while staying within the company’s high ethical standards.
- Full or part‑time roles available (21–35 hours per week).
- £30,000 – £40,000 OTE (guaranteed hourly rate of £12.21).
- Mileage paid and a daily allowance.
- Flexible working hours and the option to compress hours over two weeks for extra days off.
- 20 days holiday (pro‑rated) plus an extra day off on your birthday.
- Time off over Christmas and other public holidays.
- Comprehensive remote home‑study training followed by ongoing support.

- Autonomy to manage your own working day with available support.
